ENGWHO WE ARE

Combinato Combinato Disposto is born from the meeting of two forms of excellence, two different paths guided by the same idea of beauty: one that requires time, care and respect for the material. On one side, a design and artistic vision; on the other, artisanal mastery passed down through generations. Two worlds that recognize and complete one another, transforming each piece into something that goes beyond simple furniture: an object meant to last, to tell a story, to become a heritage to be passed on.

Leonardo Nava

Architect, artist

An architect by training and an artist by vocation, Leonardo Nava built his professional path in Milan, collaborating with some of the most prestigious design studios. His research has always moved between architecture, art and material experimentation, in a continuous dialogue between function and aesthetic expression. His move to the Tuscan hills marked a new phase: here he founded his own studio and developed works and projects now exhibited in important museums, establishing a recognizable stylistic signature made of balance, creative tension and absolute attention to detail. In Combinato Disposto he brings the vision, the formal language and the artistic soul of every creation.

Matteo Bonfanti

Master craftsman and cabinetmaker

Matteo Bonfanti is the heir to a family tradition of carpenters and woodcarvers that spans more than a century. Raised among workbenches, the scent of wood and tools passed down from generation to generation, he transformed artisanal knowledge into a highly refined technical expertise. Today he leads a cabinetmaking workshop recognized for the excellence of its craftsmanship, where precision, experience and respect for the material merge with a contemporary approach to design. In Combinato Disposto he is the hand that makes the vision possible: transforming ideas into matter, ensuring quality, solidity and perfection in every detail.

The Meeting

The collaboration between Leonardo and Matteo was born from a shared vision: to conceive every product not as a simple object, but as a work of art. Every detail is handled with rigor, every choice carefully considered, every piece designed to stand the test of time. Because furniture, when well made, does not wear out: it is passed down.
